Youngseop Song is an Of Counsel of Atsumi & Sakai. His main Practices are M&A, Corporate Reorganization, and Joint Ventures/IT, Telecommunications, and Radio/Digital Platforms, Broadcasting, Intellectual Property Protection and Disputes/Intellectual Property, Transactions, Merger Control (Domestic and International), Cartels, Bid Rigging, and Leniency,Antitrust, Investigations (Overseas). Before joining Atsumi & Sakai, he worked at Firstlaw PC from 2007 to 2009, Shin & Kim law firm from 2009 to 2010 in Seoul as a Patent Partner. He also worked with Kim & Chang in Seoul as a Associate for 7years and WeAdvise in Seoul as a Partner in 2021.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Seoul National University and studied school of Law in Keio University School as a exchange student in 2012. He graduated School of Law from the University of Yonsei. He also received Master’s Degree in University of Virginia Law School of LL.M. He is admitted to the Korean Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association. He was chosen as The Best Lawyers in Japan 2023 and 2024 in Antitrustm / Competition Law. He is fluent in Korean, Japanese and English.
