Jinna Kang is a California Certified Family Law Specialist with extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including dissolution and paternity litigation, premarital and postnuptial agreements, international child custody disputes, cross-jurisdictional issues generally, and division of assets in high-net-worth cases requiring forensic accounting. She is a member of the State Bar of California, Texas, and the District of Columbia.

As a partner at Enenstein Pham & Glass, Ms. Kang represents parties from across California seeking help in the family law arena. In addition to representing clients in her capacity as an attorney, Ms. Kang has also served as an expert witness in cases involving the intersection of Californian and Korean family law and the related cross-jurisdictional issues.

Ms. Kang earned a B.A. in linguistics from UCLA; she is fluent in English and Korean, and conversant in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese. Her language skills have allowed her to assist clients who otherwise might struggle in a foreign legal system. Ms. Kang earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
