TSMP Law Corporation
Jennifer Chia joined TSMP in June 2000. A veteran at the firm, she is active in corporate transactional work and currently leads the firm’s Corporate Real Estate practice. Her specific specialisation areas are in banking and finance (with a focus on real property-related assets), corporate real estate, mergers and acquisitions (including restructurings) and joint ventures.
She has acted for both local and international financial institutions, corporate borrowers and high net worth individuals, and been involved in cross-border financing transactions.
Jennifer’s experience and expertise has been recognised by leading legal publications: she is a Recommended Lawyer (Banking & Finance) by Chambers Global / Asia Pacific, 2021-2023; Highly Regarded (Banking) by IFLR1000, 2019-2022; and Recognised Lawyer (Real Estate) in Best Lawyers in Singapore 2023, among others.
