Han is an associate focusing on patent litigation at Covington & Burling’s Washington D.C. office. He has represented clients in matters involving a broad range of technologies, including electronics, pharmaceuticals, polymers, semiconductors, software, and wireless communications, in federal district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. He joined Covington in 2014 after graduating from law school. Prior to attending law school, Han worked as an engineer for nine years in the semiconductor industry and two years in the plastics industry. Han earned his BS degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley and JD degree at the University of Virginia School of Law.

He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of New York and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
