Berko Lemke is co-founder and managing partner of the law firm PLC Rechtsanwaelte (PLC law firm) located in Frankfurt, Germany. The law firm provides consulting services to international companies, especially Korean companies in all areas of commercial law. Berko Lemke is certified specialist lawyer for labour law since 2012 and advises and represents clients in all aspects of labour law. Prior, he worked as lawyer at janolaw chung Rechtsanwaelte in Frankfurt and as part of his practical education with the Appeal Court Berlin and the Berlin public prosecutor’s office. Berko Lemke earned his LL.M. degree at the University College London. He is licensed to practice in Germany and authorized to represent clients before the German Federal Labor Court. He regularly publishes articles about recent developments in labour law for the publisher Haufe Group.
