Ms. Kwon earned her Juris Doctor. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017 and is now working as a foreign legal counsel on the corporate legal team of Kim, Choi & Lim, a law firm based in Seoul. Ms. Kwon focuses her practice on M&A and cross-border commercial transactions. She has represented clients from a broad range of spectrum; in both established and emerging sectors of the technology industry, such as the fourth battery industries and IT start-ups.
Moreover, Ms. Kwon was exposed to the world of artificial intelligence in its infancy and the 4th industrial revolution in its earlier form as an undergraduate majoring in computer science at Carnegie Mellon University.
As such, Ms.Kwon is a rising professional and an expert with an ongoing interest in and diverse experience in issues and disciplines that are both directly and indirectly associated with generative AI.
