*** Panel speaker nomination is an option to nominate one (1) speaker to the panel, whose selection as speaker will be subject to qualifications and final IAKL Host Committee approval.

💡 How to Register for Sponsor’s Complementary Tickets

All attendees (including those belonging to a sponsor or to a participating law firm) must register themselves individually on the IAKL Annual Conference official website. Furthermore, a list of attendees who are to be given complimentary delegate passes (together with a list of those who are to be given complimentary tickets to the Gala Dinner (in the case of the Platinum and Diamond Sponsors)) must be sent to the official email address of the IAKL Annual Conference Organizing Committee ([email protected]) by no later than July 14, 2023 (Friday) to allow us to make the necessary arrangements in a timely fashion.

For those sponsors eligible to request a complimentary corporate booth at the conference venue, please let the IAKL Annual Conference Organizing Committee know by email ([email protected]) whether you will be utilizing this offer by no later than July 14, 2023 (Friday).

💡 Promotional Materials

Promotional materials (logos and advertisements) for the relevant sponsors should be prepared in line with the guidelines below and sent to the official email address of the IAKL Annual Conference Organizing Committee ([email protected]) by no later than July 14, 2023 (Friday) to allow us to make the necessary arrangements in a timely fashion. Please bear in mind that these promotional materials should be in the form of print-ready PDF as they will be included in the hard copy Program Book. Please bear in mind the specifications for the relevant advertisements are as follows:
* Full page advertisement: 210 (horizontal) x 148 (vertical) mm
* 1/2 page advertisement: 105 (horizontal) x 148 (vertical) mm
* 1/4 page advertisement: 74 (horizontal) x 105 (vertical) mm

Please leave a margin of 3mm from each side of the page.
If you are using Photoshop, please use a resolution of 300 dpi; if you are using Adobe Illustrator, please send us an outline file.
