Dr. Lee is a senior researcher of INHA University AI･Data Law Center and  lecturer of INHA Law School. His major is Chinese law, intellectual property law and AI･data law. Before joining INHA University, He worked as an engineer at Samsung Electronics Semiconductor R&D Center in Hwaseong, specializing in the areas of Flash/DRAM patents, among others. He earned his B.E. degree at Korea University, College of Engineering and LL.M. degree at Tshinghua Law School. He obtained his Ph.D. in Law from China University of Political Science and Law. He currently serves as a director for various organizations, including Korea-China Society of Law, Korea Private International Law Association(KOPILA).
