Mr. Jin leads the Mainstream Corporate Department of Shanghai Joius Law Firm (“Joius”), providing corporate clients such as Fortune 500 enterprises, multinational enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises with legal service in the area of M&A transactions, corporate merger, division, liquidation, bankruptcy, data compliance and corporate compliance management, antitrust and common legal counsel affairs. Before joining Joius, Mr. Jin has worked at BAE KIM&LEE LLC, a reputable law firm in South Korea, for a long time. Mr. Jin earned his LL.B degree at Fudan University and LL.M degree at Law University of Korea University. Mr. Jin is licensed to practice in China. He also currently serves as a member of International Law Business Research Commission of Shanghai Bar Association, the legal counsel of Korea and China Enterprises Association, and the member of Professional Committee of Enterprise Compliance, China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. Mr. Jin is awarded by Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea for his contribution to taxation affairs among Korean-invested enterprises in China and has obtained the Enterprise Compliance Professional Ability Training Certificate issued by China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
