Ms Park leads Legal & Compliance at ESR Kendall Square, providing legal, compliance support to ESR Kendall Square’s business. ESR Kendall Square is the Korea platform of ESR Group Limited, APAC’s largest real estate asset manager. ESR Kendall Square has been participating in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Developer evaluations since 2017, and was awarded a first place standing in the Asian Warehouses Category in 2018, 2020, and 2021. Before joining ESR Kendall Square, Ms Park worked as an in-house counsel at Mirae Asset Global Investments Co., Ltd. and as a senior associate at Lee & Ko in Seoul, specializing in the areas of asset management, cross-border transactions, project finance with special investment vehicles and foreign investments.

Ms Park earned her bachelor’s degree at Ewha Woman’s University, College of Law and her master’s degree at Georgetown University Law Center, Washington DC, USA. She is licensed to practice in Korea(2008) and the New York State(2014). She currently serves as ESG committee co-chair of In-House Counsel Forum(IHCF), a member of ESG committee of Korea Bar Association and ADR committee chair of Korea In-House Counsel Association(KICA). She is appointed as an International Arbitrator with Korea Commercial Arbitration Board International(2023).
