Chan Sik Ahn is a managing partner of HMP Law and a leading partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He specializes in advising multinational corporations and their local entities on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters in Korea. His areas of expertise include inbound and outbound foreign investment, M&A, technologies, antitrust, employment, labor, and data protection.

He formed and currently leads the Tech & Comms team, providing specialized advice to domestic and international clients in disruptive technologies and emerging industries. Recently, his focus has been on advisory services for corporate establishment and transactions, including M&As, in the Blockchain and virtual asset-related sectors.He actively participates in cross-border M&A transactions, collaborating with global law firms.

Chan Sik Ahn holds a B.A. degree from Seoul National University and an LL.M. degree from Cornell Law School. He serves as an arbitrator for the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and a legal adviser to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea, as well as a member of the Korea eSports Fair Commission.
